I also want to express my absolute pleasure with Debbie Sundlie. She is a superstar among loan officers! My VA loan wasn't the easiest to get done, however in spite of all the data requests and paper work required, she still managed to get my VA loan completed within about three weeks from the day I signed the VA loan application to the day I got my keys – simply wonderful.
I've bought five homes over the last 30 years, and Debbie was by far the best I've had to work with. She worked overtime and in overdrive to get this loan done and was super responsive with communication, sometimes responding to emails and text messages way after hours and on weekends; she really went the extra mile (or two) to get me the best loan in the fastest time. I don't know how I can truly express how happy I am with her results.

I was out looking at new homes in Oakley, when my niece and I saw the sign for Portofino Estates. We went and looked at the models. I fell in love with the Bellano and the Abrezzo. Both homes are really spacious. I purchased the Abrezzo. My experience with the Sales Person, Barbara was great. She was so nice and professional, and understood what I was looking for in a new home. She also answered any questions myself or my real estate agent Caroline Mansfield had. She went over all documents with me and my agent which made it very easy to understand. I just love my new home at Portofino estates.

Maria and I want to thank you for making our home buying experience so enjoyable. Your warm, no-pressure manner won us over. Then, once we made the decision to purchase at Portofino Estates, you encouraged us and helped us every step of the way.
We moved into our new Abrezzo model last month, and immediately knew this is where we belonged. We absolutely love it here! It's as though we have a new lease on life. We thought it might be difficult to buy a new home in this down turn economy, but Barbara Goins assured us that our documents were in order. Once we stepped inside our new home at Portofino Estates, we had no regrets. The community, with its open space and beautiful homes, feels so friendly and peaceful we knew this is where we wanted to raise our son and create many wonderful memories.

From the day construction started, we were constantly kept up to date on the progress. Once we moved in, Marco was on top of any minor repairs that were needed.

My family and I have recently moved into Creekside Landing in Chico, Ca and I would like to write briefly to tell you how satisfied we are with all aspects of this experience.
We recently relocated from Honolulu, Hawaii to be closer to our family. In November we stopped by the sales office and met the sales agents for a tour and a conversation about the homes. We were very impressed by the model homes and we asked the agents to keep in touch with us in the near future.
Sheila Hadden quickly informed us that there was a very good deal to be made with a Hawkins unit. Throughout the next week we spent lots of time at the site and in the sales office. Sheila and Michael Moore answered all the questions we had and never pressured us to make a decision we were not comfortable making.
We realized quickly that this Hawkins home was the right one for us. We made an offer and crossed our fingers! The next few days were difficult, but Michael and Sheila encouraged us to remain positive. Very shortly we heard the news that our offer was accepted and we were on our way to closing on the home.
In addition to this wonderful home buying experience, I encouraged my twin sister and her husband to look at homes within Creekside Landing. They ended up by a Meadow model right next door to us!
We are thrilled about the home and the community. There are many young families like ourselves and we are having a tremendous time meeting our new friends and neighbors. We are very happy with the entire home buying process and want to especially highlight the fantastic service Sheila Hadden provided me and my family. I often refer people to Creekside Landing, for it is a wonderful new community in Chico.

My name is Iris and my family and I have recently purchased a home within Vista la Terraza. I am writing this letter on behalf of my family to convey how elated we are having moved into our new home. We have had nothing but pleasant experiences from welcoming neighbors and surrounding community. Each day we are becoming more and more familiar with all of the things that are now just an enjoyable walk or short drive away.
